Does your project qualify?

• Quickbond Limit is $400,000 whether that is made up of 1 job or 10
• Quickbond Plus job size limit is $600,000 and total of all bonded jobs cannot exceed $1,000,000
• The project must be located within 250 km of your office
• No more than 75% of the project can be sub-contracted out
• The maintenance period has to be 24 months or less
• The duration of the project must be 12 months or less unless a multi year performance bond is acceptable to the owner
• Liquidated damages must be $1000/day or less
• Any environmental work, curtainwall, subdivision agreements and completion guarantees are not eligible
